We believe in promoting good health benefits for our
employees. At Bavarian Nordic, this means more than just

Healthy Lunch Plan
In Kvistgård we have our own cafeteria that offers a
healthy lunch every day that includes fresh-baked bread, a salad
bar, the fresh fruit in season and various beverages. California
employees enjoy weekly all-company lunches.
Health Insurance
We ensure our employees have access to quality healthcare
through a number of various insurance plans. We all face different
challenges in our lives as well as everyday stress associated with
personal, health, or work-related issues. Bavarian Nordic
provides an employee assistance program that offers the support
needed during those times.
Exercise
Once a week, members of our running club in
Kvistgård meet to run different routes in the local area. Our
staff association also organises participation in various events
such as the annual DHL relay race in Copenhagen and the 'Bicycle to
Work' competition.
Smoking Policy
We are a non-smoking organisation, but we do permit staff
to smoke outside.
